Good location to Bpi.

I enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy.

The building is nice, the rooms are great, and the air conditioning works well, with a convenient location close to both the city center and the airport.

busy street...lots of noisy also...service modest.. for a glass of ice..they ask 10 pesos...

Thoroughly enjoyed the location near the mall. "the attached restaurant for our dinner at the restaurant was the best part.

Shower head too high up and not very user friendly. Free breakfast - two slices of bread barely toasted if at all, a tiny portion of scrambled eggs, very small piece of papaya and watermelon and juice. Just too little unless you a very light eater. Better to upgrade it to a sisog meal and get a discount off it. Barrier on floor from shower to toilet too small if there at all and so still tends to flood whole bathroom/comfort room. Sometimes difficult to get room made up (you may go out for many hours - have the make my room sign on your door, tell reception staff to ensure it is done) and still return to find it not done. Some beds very hard and woke with a sore back. Aircon turned off in reception area in the afternoons and so can get very hot there while waiting.

It's near to SM Mall just a block away.

They don't have a double-lock in the room.

The location is convenient, with a short walk to a big shopping mall and plenty of street food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The rooms are well-equipped with good air conditioning, making for a comfortable stay. Although breakfast is not included, there are options available nearby.

All was good, no improvements needed.

Small rooms allthough i had a deluxe room, floor of concrete and difficult to keep clean, ne pleasant feelig, not even a glass in the rokm and almost impossible to get one downstairs

The room was exceptionally clean with good air conditioning and the staff was accommodating. Location: the hotel was near the airport, other points of interests like Magellan's Cross, and port area and shopping mall...

The location is great, very close to the port and SM City Mall.

This accommodation was in the central location to airport with unhappy feeling at the midnight.

Food service is slow.

Excellent value for money. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of SM City Cebu, and there is a convenience store downstairs for any extra needs. The staff at the front desk, particularly Sharra, were friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor issues with the air-conditioning and WiFi, our stay at Express Inn Cebu Mabolo was enjoyable and satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and amenities.
